This dip is to die for!!! I use jalapeno flavored refried beans and top the dip with fresh, seeded jalapenos, because my family likes it extra spicy! This dip is EASY and certainly a crowd pleaser! I found this recipe in one of my Pampered Chef Cookbooks.

Directions

  1. 1
Spread the refried beans in a square stone baker (or a 9-inch square baking dish).

  3. 3
    Mix well with electric mixer.
  4. 4

  5. 5
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of cream cheese mixture.
  6. 6

Love this...it is in my Pampered Chef cookbook. I have a super picky husband though, so the only thing I top it with is the shredded cheese - I leave out the tomatoes, olives, and onion. Tastes great with the scoop tortilla chips!

My mom and I use to make this, but we lost our book, so I'm glad someone posted it up here. You could even make a meal out of it!

I've made this twice so far and both times I added 1lb of browned ground beef on top of the sour cream mixture. Excellent recipe! Easy to prepare too!

I love this dip! I like it with Tostitos Scoops chips. Someone makes this dip at every Girls' Night my friends and I have. I don't really care for refried beans on their own, but they taste terrific in this dish. Sometimes I make this for dinner for myself, to last throughout a few days.
