Tortellini Casserole

Quick and easy after a long day of work!

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F; line a 9x13-inch glass pan with foil (I like nonstick).
  2. 2
    Stir together all of the ingredients in the glass pan except the mozzarella cheese and cover with more foil.
  3. 3
    Bake for 20 minutes covered; uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 minutes more.

    Wow! This is the first time I have ever used tortellini. It couldn't be any easier or quicker. This is an excellent, simple recipe that would be great for beginner cooks. I boiled the pasta before baking it, skipped the water, and used Italian cheese. I am sure I will be making this again!

    This was very easy to make and my hubby loved it. I used half whole wheat cheese tortellini and half regular, organinc sauce and lots of mozzarella cheese. I will be making this again. Thanks for posting!!!
