These were good, but just a little bland. I made a huge mess making them! (I didn't have toothpicks) I think next time I will use mozzarella or swiss cheese. Big hit with the bf though. Thanks for sharing.

So easy and tasty! These are not bland at all. I did add 1 garlic clove to the tomato-herb-cheese mixture. I will be using this to impress people in the future- definitely! Thanks NC for another great recipe- makes me look really good!
