Concept is great needs a little more info. This is an English pudding not American. I did not have moulds so I used muffin tins, put them in a 9 x 11 pan added boiling water till it coved the bottom of tins then I covered it with foil and cooked it in 350 degree oven for 45 mins. Only thing I would added is more flavor in the pudding like nutmeg and maybe cinnamon and think next time I will use a granny smith apple.
