Tilapia With a Touch of Lime

I found this method to be simple and tasty for fixing Tilapia. Dinner will be ready in 10 minutes. Serve with a frozen steam vegetable and simple rice or pasta dish for a great tasting and healthy weeknight dinner.

SERVES 1 , 1 Filet (change servings and units)

    Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of Tilapia filet.

    Heat a non stick skillet on med-high heat. Melt butter.
  3. 3
    Cook Tilapia 3 minutes on each side.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle with lime juice and serve.

    So easy to make!! Thank you for this recipe! I always baked or broiled fish for some reason. It was really flaky and delcious this way!

    My family absolutely loved this recipe!..i served it with a package of Ramen Noodles (with out the seasoning packet) seasoned the same as the fish.
