Now this is a strong drink. I used torbino sugar and a nice caribbean rum, it gave it a nice flavour. A sipping drink indeed, just what I needed...two and I wouldn't have made it anywhere. You can really taste the alcohol, it warms you up very quickly. Thanks for sharing.

Now this will knock your socks off!!! This is one you sit back and relax with. There is no rushing it. It's very strong and not a girly fu-fu drink. I was surprised that I could not really taste the sugar. I've never been to the West Indies but I had an enjoyable taste of it today!
