I always try using home remedies for common ailments rather than hooking my body to medicines. Try this and you will be amazed how anything so simple could be so effective!

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

    Peel the ginger.

    Hold the end of the ginger with a pair of tongs.
  3. 3
    Burn this piece of ginger on your gas flame (yes you heard right, burn the suspended piece of ginger).

    It would be of a slightly smoky colour.
  5. 5
    Let it cool slightly.
  6. 6
    Swallow with warm water.
  7. 7
    Try this once a day for about 2-3 days and you will notice a difference.
  8. 8
    Get well soon!
