The gouda, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese make this a fantastic pizza! Adapted from Semi-Homemade Cooking. To make this really quick, buy premade pizza crust!

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3
Add chicken tenders and saute until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
  4. 4
    Remove from heat.
  5. 5
When chicken is cool enough to handle, dice chicken to make a little over 1 cup.
  6. 6
In a small bowl, toss chicken with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce.
  7. 7
    Set aside.
  8. 8
On a floured surface, roll out dough and place on a greased sheet pan.
  9. 9
Shape to fill the sheet pan, about a 15 by 10-inch rectangle (skip this part if using premade crust).
  10. 10
Spread remaining barbecue sauce evenly over pizza dough.
  11. 11
Sprinkle Gouda, mozzarella, Parmesan, onions, and chicken over top.
  12. 12
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
  13. 13
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and cut into pieces.

This is a really nice pizza and very easy to put together. We used a cracked peppercorn gouda, which added a nice spiciness. Next time I might add some veggies or pineapple. Thanks for sharing!

I was looking to use up some cooked chicken and I had all these ingredients (or so I thought)! I had so to use a regular onion but it was fine. I had a whole wheat Bobli and used Cattleman brand BBQ sauce. We used smoked gouda too. Kids loved it! Thanks Sharon123!

I must say this pizza was delicious! I first tried Barbecue Chicken Pizza at a local Chucky Cheese Game room here. I liked it there and I found this recipe here and had to try it! Ten times better! Great keeper here! Thanks Sharon123

great pizza! I used Simple Rosemary Flatbread Simple Rosemary Flatbread for the crust. I didn't use the full amount of cheese as I'm not too keen on too-cheesy pizza. And I sauteed the onions before topping the pizza. I used Diabetic BBQ Sauce by PaulaG. Thanks for the recipe.
