I haven't had grits in ages and really enjoyed this easy dish! I halved the recipe and couldn't find my quick grits so used 2 packages of instant grits and proceeded from there. Thanks for a yummy breakfast! Made for PRMR game.

Everyone loved it; it's delicious. I had a brunch for 14 and had a little left over, so this recipes makes enough to feed a small crowd. The addition of eggs is unusual, it adds a little something extra. I think it keeps the grits from becoming solid when cooled. Yet you can't taste the eggs. Nice recipe.

These are great. Being a southern gal, one thing I know about is grits. These have wonderful cheesy flavor. I added a little cayene to kick it up a notch. Will make again.
