Now these, I don't think, could be any better ~ THEY'RE GREAT TASTING, as well as easy to make & the accompanying syrup makes a wonderful topping! Definitely a keeper ~ Thanks for posting it! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Zaar Stars tag]

I thought that these would be a lot like the crepes that I make, but they weren't. They were "eggier" and really really good and my youngest DS said that they way better than regular pancakes. I made 6 big pancakes with fresh strawberries and the syrup, which was excellent. I let the syrup boil for about 5 minutes while I was cooking the pancakes, but once it cools it gets thicker so I don't think I had to do that. Just a note that I put a lid on the pan after I poured the batter in and they fluffed up quite a bit. Awesome recipe and we will definitely be making them again. Made for PRMR. Thanks!

Made this for breakfast/brunch this morning and they are wonderful!!! If you haven't had swedish pancakes before, beware that they are more eggy texture than your traditional flour pancake, as my kids weren't used to pancakes this way. I served that with frozen strawberries that I thawed and made into a sauce and bacon. Thanks for sharing Weekend!! Made for 123 tag.

These were pretty good ... I had to add a little bit more flour as they kept tearing when folding. We served these with a peach compote and drizzled the syrup on top. Thanks for a good breakfast.
