This is the best tasting and easiest recipe ever. I have used 1 cup of brown sugar but still had to add 1/2 cup of white sugar to get the consistency right for rolling. So easy and they are a hit. I have put chocolate icing on them for my husband who loves choc/pb combinations. They freeze well. Recipe is easy to double/triple etc.
