The Soup

This is a great soup for those nights when you need a fast meal. Very flavorful!

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes

  • 1 (15 ounce) can ranch style beans

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans campbells minestrone soup

  • 3 (15 ounce) cans water

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion.

    Drain.

    Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
