This Cajun style dish is named after the famous street in the French Quarter in New orleans. NO BOURBON is needed to taste like the orginal applebees steak from TSR

At last! Someone who understands that "Bourbon Street Steak" or "Bourbon Street Chicken" gets it's name from Bourbon Street in New Orleans, NOT from whiskey! Most of those other recipes are frauds! This is the real deal!

    it's really YUMMM i tried it yesterday but i reduse the amount of chilis and balck pepper coz i don't like spicy food

    I found it to have too much chili pepper/cayenne. I added more garlic and red wine vinegar, liked it better then
