Delicious! I made this for a dinner party, and served it with homemade mojo potatoes as an appetizer. Everyone loved it! My little brother keeps asking me to make them again!=) It's really good to chill it to let the garlic flavor set in, and for a nice consistency!

Excellent. I did not have garlic salt so I used about 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. This would also be a good topper for baked potatoes.

This was a good dip and I served it with Auntie's Delicious Soft Pretzels, Amish Recipe. I did find it need a bit more mayo and I would have prefered it made with garlic powder or with real garlic as the garlic salt was a bit too salty for me. Thanks for posting! I made this for PicK-a-chef spring 2007.
