This is the normal chicken that I prepare for my family and company. I have had a number of people ask me for the recipe (and not believe me when I give it to them!)

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

    Coat the chicken evenly in ketchup using a brush.
  2. 2
    Bake -uncovered- in 350 degree oven until the top is dark (between 1 hour and 1.5 hours depending on the oven).

It was good, but a little bland for us. I had to use boneless chicken breast, so maybe that changed the flavor, I am not sure. My husband ate it with BBQ sauce and that helped the flavor. I loved the texture though.

    Wow this was extremely easy to make. I used boneless, skinless thighs so it took no time to cook either. (about 35-40 mins at 350) I really didn't expect it to be as good as it was, but this one is definately a keeper for my picky eaters!
