The Dreidel - Cocktail

Created by Nopa Bar in San Fransisco. You need to shake the cocktail very hard, almost violently, to be sure that the egg white emulsifies.
SERVES 1
Ingredients
- 2 ounces plum brandy (Slivovitz)
- 2 ounces apple juice
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce cherry flavored liqueur (Heering)
- 1/2 ounce egg white
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- ice
Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds full of ice and add all of the ingredients.2
Shake very hard for 30 seconds and strain into a small wineglass.
