This is so good, very colorful, and wonderfully thick. I used about 1/4 cup of sugar. I used red onion and added 1 clove of garlic. Whipped it in the blender. My ranch only please DD said this was awsome. Will make again.

Not only was the taste good but I was impressed with the thickness of the dressing. I was expecting it to be a real thin dressing but this was nice and thick. I put everything in the food processor and processed it for about 20 seconds. I used closer to 1/4 C. sugar. It is a beautiful color of red.

This was good. Don't know if it was the best ever but it does merit making it again. I used chopped garlic instead of minced onion. Suited my taste just fine. Thanks macauley4x

Absolutely loved this dressing. Took no time at all to mix it together and it tasted really good on our spinach salad with mushrooms, baby carrots and mandarin orange pieces. Thanks for sharing it.
