This soup was delicious! The heat was a little much, so right at the end, I added about 1/2 cup of milk. It toned down the spice but still kept all of the flavors. I have a soup cookoff at work on Thursday, and am sure to win with this recipe

I have tried many soup recipe’s and they are almost always too bland. I’m sure my hubby was thinking he was going to have to suffer through another soup trial. Amazingly the first thing out of his mouth was MMMMMMM!! I agree this is YUMMY- thanks!
