Works great! I used it to clean my greasy cook top and everything else in the kitchen, plus dirty fingerprints on our white woodwork.

I've used this cleaner for several years now. I origianlly got it off the internet and it was called Grandma's Cleaner. This recipe doesn't specify how much water, but I use 1 gallon. I keep spray bottles in every area of my house for fast and easy cleanups. It works great and is super cheap!

I made this because of all the rave reviews. It seems I am the only one to put in a negative review. I don't like to hurt anyones feeling with a bad review, I made this several months ago and wasn't going to put in this review but feel I should because there may be others like me that don't like the overpowering smell of alcohol and ammonia. I made this exactly as stated. I didn't find it cleaned well at all. The smell of alcohol and ammonia is enough to make one stop breathing. I would rather spend a little extra and get a good smelling store bought cleaner that works without excessive scrubbing.

This stuff is awesome. I've already used up my first batch cleaning - got the stuff to make another bottle tonight. I live in military quarters and the tile is all white - I drive myself nuts keeping it clean. This is my answer. Great on my counter tops, stove top, etc. Thanks for posting.
