this was very yummy. my kids had other opinions based on its appearance, but i loved it! i thinkit's good with a dollop of sour cream on top and might be good served with hot naan.

This was wonderful! I added peas because I didn't have a lot of zucchini, and I sprinkled wheat bread crumbs on top before the final layer of cheese. I froze the leftovers in 2 person portions and it was even better reheated. Thanks for this delicious and easy dinner.
