SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Combine picante sauce, peanut butter, honey, orange juice, soy sauce and ginger in a small saucepan.

    Cook, stirring over low heat until mixture is smooth.
  3. 3
    Add 1/4 cup of the sauce to ham.
  4. 4
    Toss remaining sauce with hot cooked pasta.
  5. 5
    Toss pasta with ham, peanuts and bell pepper strips.
  6. 6
    Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.
  7. 7
    Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
