I really love turkey burgers in their own right, not just as a substitute for beef. This is especially so when you have a recipe such as this one which adds lots of flavors which pair well with the meat's flavor. Paired this down to two servings and made as directed without the water. (If you are using breast meat, the water is a must, but for lean ground turkey, I would consider how firm you like your finished result.) The flavors were fabulous and zinged. Thanks!

Oh Sarah_Jayne! These are great! We love Thai flavors and I like having them in a burger like this. I will be keeping this recipe handy!
