We loved this recipe!! Very easy to prepare, and very tasty. I thickened the sauce in a pan with a little cornflour. My son declared it tasted exactly like the McDonalds Teriyaki chicken deli roll (high praise indeed from my teenage son!) and my DH ate every piece!! I didn't tell him it was a WW recipe.

We loved it! I prepared the sauce and poured over the chicken and then the phone rang. DS wanted to put dinner off for 1 hour. I placed the prepared dish in the fridge and it sat for 1 hour. I took out and allowed it to stand at room temperature while the oven preheated. It cooked in the time frame specified and the chicken was super moist. This made plenty of sauce to spoon over the brown rice blend that I served it with. To complete the dinner, we had Dude's Ginger Carrots and Asian Broccoli Salad.

This was really good. A nice way to dress up a chicken breast. It kind of reminded me of meatloaf but with chicken. A good way to keep my weight down. thanks.
