Good! I boiled everything but the drumsticks and ginger (didn't use the ginger) and then poured the sauce over the (frozen)drumsticks into my slow cooker and let them cook all day. I hac doubled the sauce but I probably didn't need to - it seemed to be plenty and then some.

EASY, Simple, Quick and packs BIG yummy FLAVOR! This is a keeper. Too easy too taste this good!

This is the same recipe I have used for years. It works great with OAMC in the freezer with any type of raw meat. The chicken gets marinated and I use a bit of cornstarch to thicken the sauce up before cooking.

A very similar recipe was given to me by a lady from Hawaii and she said this is a poular dish there served with rice and macaroni salad. I love it. So simple and yummy. I don't make the macaroni salad but I make Lizann's Oriental Cabbage Salad. I made this recipe with 6 leg quarters and I included Ginger Powder. It was excellent and had plenty of sauce which we will use the left over tomorrow night to dip potstickers in. Thanks for sharing!
