Simiple tempura recipe.

    Beat eggs and water until frothy.

    Add flour and salt, mixing only until blended.

    Place in bowl of ice while using.

    Coat: cut carrots, eggplant, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, zucchini, califlower, shrimp, pork or chicken.

    Fry in hot (but not smoking) oil.
