This is so good! Even my kids love it! A little sweet, a little spicy & nutty! (From Tejas restaurant in Edina, MN, recipe found on the startribune website)

SERVES 24 , 1/4 cup (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toast each type of nut separately, 10 to 15 minutes until they are fragrant and have begun to color; time will vary depending on nut size and oil content. In a large bowl combine toasted nuts with both kinds of raisins.
  2. 2
In a small bowl, combine kosher salt, cayenne pepper, cumin and molasses. Mix into nut mixture. Store in refrigerator.
