WOW! After my changes these burgers were so juicy & tasty. I used 1/4 cup whole grain (italian) breadcrumbs & 1/4 cup plain Panko breadcrumbs. I used lite-low sodium soy sauce and 1/4 tsp Franks Red Hot. MOST IMPORTANT: Instead of 3 tbs minced onion, I fried 1 medium (sliced thin) vidalia sweet onion for 30-40 minutes, let cool and added this. Can you say MOIST/JUICY/TENDER?! Thanks for an Awesome recipe, a keeper.

I really liked this recipe. The only thing I would change is to add a tsp of olive oilas I find it keeps the turkey really moist. Thanks for posting.

These were fabulous! The worcestershire and soy sauce gave them a very meaty taste that I find somewhat lacking in other Turkey burgers. Our non red-meat eating guest loved them and said they were very moist and flavorful! Thanks for sharing.
