It really was not to our tastes, very different from the usual stir fried spinach we regularly cook. Thank you for sharing though.

I am not fond of cooked spinach but I liked this recipe. Do not over cook the spinach and as mentioned in another review use a good quality Balsamic - it gives just the right finishing flavor. I may eat cooked spinach more often now. Thanks Maine-iac for posting this recipe

Thanks for a great recipe Maine-iac! I cooked 2 pounds of spinach and next time will make it 3! (this was for 4 people). Will cook this again!
