These are tasty but probably needs to be upped more by adding other seasonings/spices. I'll do that next time.

Yum! Added a little parmasan just because I like it — broiled on low for a few minutes. Will take other advice and add a little extra spices next time!

These were a great go along with grilled steaks tonight. I didn't use salt and pepper though. Instead I sprinkled them with Montreal Steak Spice and just grilled them for about 3 mins because the tomatoes were small. The Steak Spice really brought them to life and edged them up to top marks coupled with the ease of preparation.

Sorry - my first attempt to post here didn't take. These are tasty - but I agree and do tend to like a bit, more spice so I also added a little of my favorite herbs to them after trying them. I suggest tasting them first so youknow the original flavor.
