With less parsley you can taste the fresh ingredients of the veggies, lemon juice and olive oil.

    Cover bulgur with boiling water and soak until soft-around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the mill.

Very good - although I LOVE garlic, I will use only one clove next time. Added extra lemon juice.

    This is an excellent Tabouleh recipe! I made only a few small changes by adding some ground black pepper and salt to taste, and about 1/4 tsp. dried mint. Also, I peeled the cuke (wasn't specified) This is great on just about anything...on top of salad, served with toasted pitas or tortilla chips. YUMMY!! And, yes, it does seem to get better as it sets. Love the red pepper addition! Thanks for posting! ~Manda
