Yum! I followed the ingredients list to the T... except I accidently put in 1 1/2 Tbs. of tapioca instead of 2 1/2. I will defiantly make this again!

This was great!!! I love swiss miss puddings, except that I'm allergic to modified food starch. This way I can have my pudding and eat it, too.
I made this in the microwave the second time and it turned out great. Let cook 3-5 minutes, stir and continue to cook in these intervals until thick. Make sure you use a large enough bowl or you'll have tapioca goop all over your microwave!

Very good pudding, I love the sweetened condensed milk in this. I used 1% milk and fat free condensed milk. Next time I want to try it with a vanilla bean. I will be making this often, thank for this recipe and the one you recommended I want to try that one as well.
