I had such high hopes for this recipe, but he feedback from my family was so-so. I think the recipe is good, but my family prefers a tangy/spicy sauce rather than a sweet recipe — who knew!

These were tasty and easy to make. Hubbie and I thought they were a little too sweet-we like things on the spicier side at

Loved the simplicity of this recipe! The fresh orange juice in ours really stood out and added a zing to an otherwise familiar dish. Everyone loved the Sloppy Joes and I am betting this recipe does very well in RSC because of its ingredients, very easy directions, a kid pleaser, and of course, its deliciousness. Next time I make them I would add red bell pepper, garlic powder and maybe a bit of onion powder. Good Luck Chef! Great Entry!

Thanks for sharing your tasty creation with us. We enjoyed this quick and easy to make dish very much. The sloppy joes were saucey, sweet and tangy. I especially like the addition of the fresh orange juice to the sauce. It gave it a fresh, alive taste. This was a very mild sauce, next time I make this I will add more cayenne, some fresh garlic and sea salt.
