I was looking for something "different" to do with sausage and boy did I find it! I just happened to have these ingredients on hand and crossed my fingers hoping my picky family would approve. It worked! Very quick and easy, easy easy. NOT your typical "sausage" dish. Very nice change of flavor and texture. Nice sweet sauce with zingggg!! Great weeknight, hurry up dinner! Thanks for this great recipe
