This is a great marinade! I cut the recipe in 1/2 to only do one chicken breast. This was a great addition to my salad for lunch today. I plan on doubling it up this weekend for the grill! Made for PAC Spring 2009. Thanks Wildflour!

This chicken recipe is very good! I marinated the chicken in it for most of the day. The resulting dish was moist and tender with great flavor. Made for Zaar World Tour 4.

Very good marinade, keeps the chicken moist and tender! I just placed the marinade in a ziplock bag, added chicken tenders and voila! Simple and quick! I cooked them in a grill pan on the stove! I would imagine that using chicken pieces with the skin on would be just the thing when cooked on the grill! Thanks Peacefulnightdove!
