Wonderful, if you like yams.(Stay a way if you don't. They freeze well. I defrost them in the microwave and then put them in the toaster oven for a few minutes. They smell like thanksgiving. To top the waffles, I chop up some walnuts(or pecans) and just a dab of syrup. Yum. DH thinks melted marshmallows would be a perfect topper too.

These waffles are keepers in my book! Great tasting and even the most picky eater will eat them! My roomate has two picky eaters 8 & 10. They love these, and they have no clue they are good for them. It is my little secret!

I made these and froze them for a quick breakfast for my kids...and they adore them with or without maple syrup! I love the fact that they are getting some vitamins out of it!
