A easy and attractive side dish. The oven temperature is about 350F, and the potato quantity is a little more than a pound. I add a little more garlic and use a little less oil, but that's all to taste.

I loved these. Next time I make them I will try Bergy's method. Adding a little cayenne sounds like a good variation also.

These were deLICious, easy and quick. I used garlic powder instead of garlic. Who would have thought parmesan and garlic would make great sweet potatoes?! Very flavorful and totally unlike the usual sugary sweet potato casserole. A wonderful and different way to eat a very nutritious vegetable. Thanks for the recipe!

these are soooo delcious! I used 3 sweet potatoes and baked in a 425 degree oven for about 15 minutes and they were perfect. My guests ate every last bit of them and wanted more. Great recipe.
