This is the perfect sweet potato pie, cooking the potatoes is not included in the time, they need to boil a good half an hour chopped if you've never made them.

1 pie (change servings and units)

Directions

    Mash the potatoes and mix in the other pie ingredients. Put in a greased casserole dish as close to 5x7x3 as you have.

    Mix together the topping ingredients except the marshmallows and top the pie.
  3. 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. 4
    Take it out and top it with marshmallows and cook it for another 5 minutes.
