This corn is delicious. Cooking the corn in milk with a little sugar really makes a difference. It makes frozen corn taste just like it came off the cob.

I made this dish with fresh Colorado Olathe sweet corn. It was delicious. Usually when I prepare corn like this my husband thinks I have to put Velveeta cheese in it because that is how his Mom always made corn. So, it had to be good! (LOL). I served it with chicken Delicious Fried Chicken Breast. Thanks Kim D. Bullwinkle

Kim the corn was fantastic! DH went back for seconds. I did increase the butter and sugar a little. This is an easy recipe to follow and quickly done. This will go into my keeper file.
