Sweet, cornbread-like bars. I use walnut oil, and sometimes add nuts or chopped apples.

SERVES 16 , 16 bars (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 350°F

    Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake until golden and until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. (About 20 minutes, depending on oven.).
