This recipe came from stephskitchen.com and it's wonderful. I bake it at least once a month! It has just the right amount of sweetness and it's easy to throw to together.

Thank you Luvs2Cook for a delightful recipe. My boys and I hate those icky corn bread mixes that are out there. After trying your recipe, this is the ONE that we will be making forever and ever. This was the sweetest, moistest and tastiest cornbread we have ever tried. This recipe was also very simple to make with ingredients you more than likely already have on hand.

5 stars is simply not enough for this great cornbread. We just finished dinner and my hubby, who is not a great fan of cornbread to start with, LOVED it. It was so moist that we didn't even have to use butter. This will be my recipe for cornbread from now on. Thanks for the great contribution!!

This is a very yummy cornbread!! I usually just use a jiffy mix but decided I wanted to make my own this time. It was very easy to mix up, and as soon as it came out of the oven, I brushed some butter on top and sprinkled with a bit of sugar. So good! Thanks so much for this very yummy recipe!
