I like cinnamon, but didn't know if the measures for it were correct, so I reduced the 3 tablespoons to 3 teaspoons, & that was plenty for me! Also couldn't find cans of mango, so used what amounted to about 1 pound of fresh, peeled & diced mango, AND included a cup of peach juice/syrup from a can of those! That was the best I could do here, but I did end up with A VERY TASTY SAUCE, & one worth making again! I'd have given this 5 stars, but for the cinnamon amount ~ What I used, along with the nutmeg & allspice was plenty of that kind of spice! {Tagged, made & reviewed for one of my adopted Joeys in the Aus/NZ Special Recipe Swap #19]

Husband liked this recipe because of all the cinnamon. I think that if I make it again, I'll only add one teaspoon of cinnamon as I found it was overkill to add 3 teaspoons. Would be nice over a crumble or cobbler, I reckon. Made for PAC 2007. Thanks, Eden. (:
