A tasty hummus, but the texture was a little more....liquid?....than I am used to. Will try again tomorrow after it's refrigerated overnight.

REALLY good hummus! I did not add parsley, but next time will add some cilantro. Read about my experience making this on my blog http://mymotherhubbardproject.blogspot.com/ Thanks for posting! PS - I plugged everything into the WW points calculator and it came up 2 pts/serving for 6 servings.

Fabulous - I used 1/2 c. yoghurt and no parsley and it was still outstanding. Will definitely make again soon.

i just made this, and i will never buy hummus again! it is delicious, and healthier and way cheaper than store-bought. with this much garlic, who misses a little tahini? mmm.
