Super Healthy Hummus

Taken off a website, don't have the reference. An excellent hummus, the only one I make anymore. You really need a blender or food processor to get the consistency right. 1/4 cup = 1 point ww.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

    Combine everything in blender or food processor and process until smooth.

    The blender gives the best result.

    If you need more liquid to make a nice consistency, add a bit more yogurt.

    Chill.

    Serve with pitas or as a veggie dip.

Delicious and so easy to make! We made this at a Brownie Girls Scout meeting to earn a "try-it". All the girls loved it; I didn't even get a taste :o)

    Tahini is hard to get here, so this is a good recipe for me. I used more garlic.

    Fabulous - I used 1/2 c. yoghurt and no parsley and it was still outstanding. Will definitely make again soon.

    i just made this, and i will never buy hummus again! it is delicious, and healthier and way cheaper than store-bought. with this much garlic, who misses a little tahini? mmm.
