When making this parfait, I discovered I was out of vanilla yogurt so I used Yoplait Light Strawberries 'n Banana flavor. My grocery store does not carry Uncle Sam cereal, so I substituted with Special K Cinnamon & Pecan cereal. A quick, healthy and yummy breakfast!

I was loking for something different for breakfast so gave your recipe a try. I couldn't find Uncle Sam cereal so I used regular granola. I liked it but the rest of my family wasn't to crazy for it because they don't like yogurt. Thanks Barb Gertz Bullwinkle

I eat this on Phase II of South Beach. I've also used sugar free strawberry banana yogart or instead of strawberries, I've substituted other berries with other berry flavored yogarts such as blueberries with sugar free blueberry yogart, etc. I've been able to find Uncle Sam cereal at only my local Super Walmart.

I made this for a mid day snack and took it to work, I was so distracted by how good it was I completely lost concentration on what I was doing! Thanks Barb.
