This is great for breakfast. They are very good!

10 pizzas (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In a bowl, beat the eggs.
  2. 2
    Add milk,salt and pepper.
  3. 3
    Melt butter in a skillet; add the egg mixture.
  4. 4
    Cook and stir over medium heat until the eggs are set.
  5. 5
    Remove from the heat and set aside.
  6. 6
    Roll each dinner roll into a 5-in.
  7. 7
    circle.
  8. 8
    Place on greased baking sheets.
  9. 9
    Spoon egg mixture evenly over crusts.
  10. 10
    Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
  11. 11
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Really yummy! The kids really enjoyed this! Instead of frozen dinner rolls, used Beth's Pizza Crust formed into 10 small crusts which I prebaked for about 5 minutes. Tasty as is, would also be good with salsa as "pizza sauce." Thanks for sharing the recipe!
