I dont like it with pickles, I use cucumbers and if I don't have the cheese i just nix it! But this is so good and can almost always be a go-to lunch in your refrigerator!

I toasted my slices of sour dough bread and layered on the juiciest of garden tomatoes, Claussen's Sandwich Slice pickles, iceberg lettuce, and Colby-Jack cheese between the mayo slathered slices. I actually grunted with pleasure at the first bite. Yum!

I love this sandwich!! I'm on the go alot and this is sooo healthy and easy to make. Lite bread and brown mustard and horse relish and add some olives are my add on's. Next time balsamic dressing...it just came to mind. Thanks cbreezie

This is my second review on this sandwich. What makes it so special? Certainly not the photo I took of it! (I did 'crush' the sandwich down to fit into my sons mouth size). What made this special is yesterday I asked my kindergarten-er (son) if he would like me to make him this sandwich or a salad for school for lunch(today). He w/o a pause wanted this for his school lunch sandwich. Well you know the way kids are..this a.m. he said he wanted to buy hot lunch(sob). BUT when walking him home from school he informed me he wanted me to make him 'that pickle sandwich' for his afternoon snack. I didn't need to be asked twice. This sandwich is a favorite with my 6 yr. old and a..woman in her 40's!! Thank You once again cbreezie904
