What a wonderful fruit salad - I used a bit less sugar with wonderful results. We will be having this often this summer. Thanks for sharing!

As with Irish Rose, I came into possession of this recipe years ago, & find that it's a great fruit salad! However, over the years I added a dressing & sometimes will include it as a variation. I whisk together 1 cup sour cream & 1/2 cup cottage cheese, then stir in 1/4 cup lime juice & 2 tablespoons of honey. After that has chilled, I spoon the fruit into bowls & top it with this dressing!

I've made this twice this week. The second time I used about 1/4 cup water and preferred that. I put it in a jar with lid and shake since when I whisked it I couldn't get the sugar to dissolve. I love the tangy light flavor. Thanks Irish Rose, for posting. Roxygirl
