Succulent Prawns for the Barbie

I love prawns. This is one of the yummiest prawn dishes that I have had. It combines two fantastic cooking elements, prawns and the BBQ. I think they go hand in hand.

Excellent recipe, Ben. I skipped the butter and cut back o n the oil. Still had wonderful flavor and will be a definite repeat here next time we can get ahold of those special large prawns.

I used the marinade from this recipe for scallops; I skewered them on bamboo and grilled them. They were the best scallops I've ever had - I'll definitely try this with prawns or shrimp as well. Great recipe!

We loved this!! I used Parsley, Thyme, and Basil as the herb combo. I didn't measure anything. I made the marinade the night b4 and then added the shrimp in the morning when they had thawed. They marinated for about 7 or 8 hours. We grilled them over coals and I served it with grilled mixed veggies and brown rice. We really enjoyed this meal. Thanks for a great recipe.
