Very easy and made a side to a main dish salad. I thought the mix would have benefited from some additional spices or herbs and there is lots of room to play with this. It is a very forgiving recipe. Made for Fall '09 Pick A Chef.

I love celery and cream cheese, and this adaptation was great. I also love to mix the cream cheese with organic salsa and use the celery sticks to "dip" with! Thanks!

This is a nice change. I love stuffed celery with cream cheese and it's funny to me how many people have never seen or had this before. It is a staple at every family event of ours (has been since I was little) as well as my most favorite low carb snack. I usually put celery salt and garlic powder on mine. Cheap too!
