This was so good and came together very quickly since I used some All Purpose Ground Meat Mix that I had in the freezer. I made a few changes to lighten it up a little. 1) Used Campbells Healthy Request soup. 2) All Purpose Ground Meat Mix was made with half lean turkey and lean beef with lots of veges hidden within. 3) Doubled the recipe but kept the amount of sour cream the same and used light sour cream. 4) Added a large can of mushrooms to make it all go a little further. This resulted in a great and filling comfort food that wasn't really bad for us. I added a little hot chili sauce to my bowl for a little spice and I love the idea of adding a bit of worcestershire - I'll have to try that with the leftovers. I didn't feel like cooking tonight but thanks to you Chibi, dinner was a cinch!

Comfort food at it's absolute BEST! This was one of my favorite dishes as a kid and brought back good memories. I lightened it up a bit by using ground turkey and light sour cream, otherwise followed exactly. DH liked it too, except for the onion, but he's picky so. I think it's fantastic! Thanks for a keeper in my book!

I made this with ground turkey and fresh mushrooms and it was GREAT!! Quick, easy, versitile meal. I added a little water that I used to rinse the soup can out with. Served on Dreamfield's pasta.
