I have given this a 5 star as it is calming. I don't know that I feel less stressed but it is soothing. It was very sweet which made it a little hard to drink, I made my water quite warm and that made it easier. I also liked to breath the steam from the water. Thanks!

Honey with warm or hot water is also a good tonic for cleansing the kidneys. I am presently using it as part of my "28 Detox" that I have been doing.(on my 15th day). Irene
